Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

To reserve your spot in a retreat.  We ask you to contact us directly so that we can make sure you are the right fit for the planned weekend.  To reserve your spot we ask that you send a deposit of half the retreat price.  The final payment is due by the week before the retreat weekend.  We accept check of Paypal.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will reimburse the full deposit if you cancel up to 2 weeks before the retreat.  We will reimburse you 1/2 the deposit if the cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the retreat.
